How does drone cleaning work?+
Our drone carries a self-contained high-pressure spray system. It delivers reverse-osmosis water and biodegradable product straight onto the surface, at any height, with no lift and no rope access.
What kinds of buildings can you clean?+
Residential and commercial buildings of any size — curtain walls, brick, concrete, stone and clad façades, solar panels, wind turbines. The drone adapts to the surface.
Is it safe?+
Yes. Nobody is exposed at height, which removes fall risk — the leading cause of serious injury in building maintenance. The drone is flown from the ground, with a safety perimeter and a spotter.
What does it cost?+
Every project is different. Our pricing runs on average 41 to 56% below traditional methods. The calculator on this page gives you a ballpark; the precise quote is free.
What's your service area?+
We're based in Montérégie and also cover Estrie. For large commercial projects we travel anywhere in Québec.
Are the products environmentally safe?+
Yes. We use only biodegradable products and reverse-osmosis water, which leaves no chemical residue or mineral deposit behind.
Do you need to close a street or parking lot?+
Rarely. The drone works from a ground perimeter a few metres across, where a boom lift needs a full lane and often an occupancy permit. In dense urban settings that's one of the biggest single savings.
Do you work in winter?+
Water washing runs from late spring to early autumn, above freezing. Winter is for site reviews, aerial inspections and planning the following season's projects.
